Booking Procedure

1. Select which of the three cottages you would like to book and phone us with the name of the cottage and the preferred dates. Our phone number is Exford - 01643 831370. It would be useful at this stage if you were to give us some idea of party content and any special requirements.

2. We will provisionally reserve the property you choose for 3 days. In order to avoid disappointment we suggest you forward your payment and booking form by first class post.

3. Complete the booking form and send it with your deposit. Payment may be made by cheque or postal order made payable to Penny Adie. If you wish to pay by cash this should be sent by registered mail. Please note that if your holiday is less than eight weeks away full payment is required.

4. We will then receipt your payment and send a confirmation of booking by return, with the date your balance is due. Directions etc will be sent when all payments have been made.

General Information

• Note that there is a flat rate £50 cleaning deposit payable on top of the cottage rental which is refundable at the end of your stay.
• Sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases etc are provided but not cot linen or towels.
• Each cottage contains a cooker, fridge, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, duvets & pillows for the number stated.
• Lettings commence at 4 pm on the first day of your holiday and end at 10 am on the last day. This ensures that we have enough time to prepare the cottage for incoming guests and your co-operation would be appreciated. Remember that on certain change-overs extra cleaning may be necessary and you may be asked to wait a little until the cottage is ready for you.

Cottage Details

Cottage No 1. The Old Copse sleeping 5 + cot. Accommodation comprises:- Entrance hall leading to sitting/dining room with attractive furnishings, colour TV and video. Fitted kitchen with calor gas cooker, fridge/freezer, automatic washer/dryer, dishwasher. Bathroom/WC with shower attachment. Feature wooden staircase to landing and bedroom one with twin beds, duvets. Bedroom two with double bed, duvet. Bedroom three with single bed, duvet. Folding bed available for extra guest. Small patio area, quite private, with garden furniture.

Cottage No 2. Turnip Close sleeping 4 + cot. Accommodation comprises:- Entrance hall leading to feature staircase and landing. Sitting room with colour TV and video. Kitchen/breakfast room with fitted units, calor gas cooker, fridge, automatic washing machine. Ground floor bedroom one with double bed, duvet. Bedroom two with twin beds, duvets. Bathroom/WC with shower attachment. 

Cottage No 3. Dobbin's Close. sleeping 4 + cot. Accommodation comprises:- Entrance hall leading to staircase and landing. Sitting room with colour TV and video. Kitchen/breakfast room with fitted units, calor gas cooker, fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine. Bedroom one with twin beds, duvets. Ground floor bedroom two with double bed, duvet and ensuite bathroom with shower. Separate bathroom/WC with shower attachment.

General points. Gas & electricity free - central heating - £35 - £40 per week supplement (depending on cottage) - bed linen inclusive - automatic washing machine - use of our freezer and tumble drier - videos can be borrowed from our large collection - riding and fishing arranged locally - own sweet spring water - private parking area - pets by arrangement (Old Copse only); £15 pw surcharge. Licensed premises.

B&B: Main ensuite bedroom £40 per person per night. Double ensuite £38 per person per night and single room with private bathroom £38 per person per night. AA 4 Diamonds.
